Refund policy

If any product is unused,postmarked & returned within 30 days from purchase date is eligible for a full refund, simple as that, no questions asked. 

If for some reason a product fails, please Contact us, once returned we (Brautigam Expedition Works LLC) will make it right. We reserve the right to make repairs or exchange for a new item.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at pete.beworks@gmail.com.
