Shipping Policy -

Brautigam Expedition Works LLC will ship to anywhere in the USA free including Alaska & Hawaii. I strive to have in-stock items packaged and to the proper shipping depot by next business day. All packages are shipped USPS or UPS depending on weight. If you choose to upgrade your shipping, the difference in cost is added during checkout. US territories & international will be at buyers expense during checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at pete.beworks@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Refund Policy -

Brautigam Expedition Works LLC If any product is unused,postmarked & returned within 30 days from purchase date is eligible for a full refund, simple as that, no questions asked. 

If for some reason a product fails, please Contact us, once returned we (Brautigam Expedition Works LLC) will make it right. We reserve the right to make repairs or exchange for a new item.
